An Overnight Care dog may bring dog beds and blankets. All personal items should be washable and labeled with your dog’s name. Day Care dogs generally do not need personal items. Please do not bring anything valuable because sometimes items could be damaged or lost.
Please bring enough food for your dogs stay in pre-portioned amounts for each feeding. We also offer over a dozen varieties of food for purchase in our retail section.
We accept dogs as young as a few months as long as they've completed their puppy vaccine series. Although we do not have an age cap, some senior dogs (especially those with preexisting health conditions) may not do well in a Day Care or hotel environment and if we feel that Hotel or Day Care may cause a health concern for your senior dog we will discuss this with you on a case by case basis, if your dog is 12 years of age or older please call for details.
Generally, all dogs must be spayed or neutered by 8 months of age to participate in our Day Care and Hotel programs. However, we may be able to accommodate unspayed or unneutered dogs with a limited play schedule depending on the dog. Please call or email and ask for the general manager for details.
Each dogs has his or her own private sleeping quarters overnight. We are staffed twenty-four hours a day, so your dog is never alone.

Our standard policy is to make every effort to contact you. We will seek medical attention, when necessary, first from your regular veterinarian, then from a trusted local veterinarian or twenty-four hour Vet Hospital. We will continually attempt to contact you and your emergency contacts with updates. Please make sure that your contact information is current and correct.
We recommend waiting before you feed your dog after you bring him/her home. Many dogs, in their excitement about returning home, have a tendency to eat/drink too quickly, which can result in gastrointestinal distress, including diarrhea and vomiting.
Blackout dates refer to Day Care service only, not Hotel Care. A blackout date is a day during a holiday period when we cannot accommodate day care only dogs.
Yes! Come in, say hello and check out our facilities between the hours of 8am and 8pm M-F, and 9am and 5pm S-S.
All dogs must have written proof of current Rabies, Distemper Parvo, and Bordetella (every 6 months) vaccinations before your dog’s visit. We highly recommend Leptospirosis.
